Maintenance Room is a room in the water treatment plant. Maintenance rooms are rooms with workbenches found around Fortune City that allow Chuck Greene and Frank West to craft custom weapons by placing two compatible items upon them. In Dead Rising 2 and Off the Record, Chuck or Frank acquire the Maintenance Room Key from Ray Sullivan. This occurs after watching Rebecca Chang’s news story Case 1-1: Big News.
