The Battle of Port Legann took place in June of 452 HE and marked the final confrontation in the Immortals War. During this battle Port Legann was under siege. The main opponents during the battle were the Tortallan forces on one side and the previous Emperor of Carthak, by that time Stormwing Ozorne. The battle ended with a Tortallan victory and Ozorne's death. It was later used as a example for the pages and squires to study in their semi-compulsory strategy lessons.

The events leading to the battle and the battle itself played a major part in The Realms of the Gods, the concluding volume in The Immortals quartet.
