Maryland Province is a province of the Society of Jesus with the provincial's office in Baltimore, Maryland. The address is 5704 Roland Avenue; Baltimore, MD 21210-1399 and the phone number is 410-532-1400. The Maryland Province is one of 10 Jesuit provinces in the United States and it encompasses the states of Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, North Carolina, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia. The current day Maryland Province was initially founded in 1634 when Jesuit priest, Father Andrew White, and two colleagues landed on St. Clement Island in southern Maryland along with a following a Catholic and Protestant settlers. The province is currently home to approximately 400 Jesuit priests, brothers, scholastics, and lay people who serve in a variety of ministries to help others "find God in all things."
