Kreston Luminess was born on Sorcerer's Isle to the House of Luminess, one of the few Great Houses of the Isle. The elder brother of Mavress Luminess, he is the heir to the House of Luminess. Before the fall of Emjedah he was elected Ambassador of the Frontacian Embassy and held a seat on the Council of Emjedah until the government faultered. Kreston attempted to create a new government, based on ministries, to replace it. He took the position of Prime Minister and assigned other positions to his allies. This government fell apart after the destruction of Emjedah by Graedar'als forces.
