Giotto Giotto Giotto Giotto Giotto Giotto
rdfs:comment
[[Category:Breath of Fire III |Giotto]][[Category:Breath of Fire III Residents|Giotto]][[Category:Breath of Fire |Giotto]][[Category:Breath of Fire II |Giotto]][[Category:Breath of Fire III |Giotto]][[Category:Breath of Fire IV |Giotto]][[Category:Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter |Giotto]] Giotto is a character within Breath of Fire III. Salvatore Antonio "Barry" Giotto was a Federation Starfleet security officer on active duty in the 23rd century. Giotto had no canonical given name. He is called Barry Giotto in the Star Trek: New Earth novel: Wagon Train to the Stars -- after the actor who portrayed him -- and Antonio Giotto in TOS novel: The Janus Gate trilogy: Past Prologue, but Salvatore Giotto in the TOS novel: A Choice of Catastrophes, published years later. It's possible Giotto had different given names in different continuities, or that Barry was a nickname, possibly derived from a middle name (which would especially be the case if his given name was after a close relative). thumb|Lt. Giotto (ジョット, Jotto) is the founder of the Vongola Famiglia; thus, its first Boss. He is also the creator of the Zero Point Breakthrough technique. After his retirement, he moved to Japan and started a family. He is the paternal great-great-great grandfather of Tsuna, who has repeatedly been shown to be similar to him, as they have the same weapon and techniques (including the Zero Point Breakthrough), almost identical appearances, and equally unorthodox Famiglias (the First Famiglia included aristocrats, military men, rival mafiosos and religious people). Their Guardians are quite similar as well: Yamamoto, Hibari, Mukuro, Lambo, Gokudera, and Ryohei have already been shown to be very much like their first predecessors in appearance, weapon of choice, and personality. Giotto di Bondone, or Giotto for short, was an Italian painter and architect who is considered to have begun the Italian Renaissance. He is regarded by many to have pioneered painting in Italy. (TOS: ) Lieutenant Commander Giotto was a male Human Starfleet officer who lived during the mid-23rd century. He served in the operations division aboard the USS Enterprise under Captain James T. Kirk, during a historic five-year mission that starship undertook. He served as one of the ship's security officers, who functioned as a security chief in 2267. That year, assisting Captain Kirk and Commander Spock, Giotto assembled security troops and armed them with type 2 phasers. His detail was assigned the task of searching for a creature that had been attacking the colony on Janus VI and had killed fifty-one miners. (TOS: "The Devil in the Dark" ) Salvatore Antonio "Barry" Giotto was a Federation Starfleet security officer on active duty in the 23rd century. Giotto had been assigned as a Federation embassy guard on Grex at the same time as George Samuel Kirk, Sr., c. 2247. (Past Prologue) In the 2260s, Giotto was assigned as chief of security during James T. Kirk's first five-year mission as captain of the Enterprise. (TOS: "Devil in the Dark") Following the end of this mission in 2270, Giotto was slated to take a deskbound billet as senior security advisor to the Chief of Operations at Starbase 21.
