The user covers their body in lightning-natured chakra to the extent that it becomes visible around them giving the user a blue-tinted appearance. When enough chakra has been built up the user simply dashes after their intended target using the lightning chakra to accelerate their body to the extent that they themselves become a bolt of lightning. Using this technique the opponent can almost always ensure a successful strike as they move with such speed that it is difficult for the enemy to react in time, even if they do however the shockwave created by the momentum of the user's attack is enough to send most men flying if not blow them back.

The one major flaw of this technique is that despite the user's speed they will always technically be visible as a bolt of lightning flying through the air this makes it possible for the enemy to predict an incoming attack and prepare before hand allowing some quicker users to defend against it and other less quick opponents to prepare some kind of alternative defense for themselves.
