Minor powers and co-belligerents(nations allied with the Axis Powers, and, while they never signed the Tripartite Pact and were legally in the axis power, were fighting alongside for their own benefits) the minor powers being Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, and Yugoslavia, the co-belligerents being Iraq, Finland, and Thailand.
