Days was released in Europle on October 6th, 2009. Birth by Sleep will most likly be coming out there, but no release date is set as of today (December 17, 2009). Re:CoM has not been released in Europe and it doesn't look like there are any plans for it. It has been out in the US for over a year now... sorry Euro-fans
