Utraean Priestess Kelti
rdfs:comment
Kelti sends adventurers to collect the Elddim townstone for the planned unification in Hiroth. Her great grandmother, the Legion protectorate for the Ancient Crypt, was the last to possess the Elddim Sunrise Stone, which she hid in the crypts after Lord Hovart's betrayal. Though she was imprisoned by the noble for most of her life, she never revealed it's location, except to Kelti's mother, only moments before dying. When the Elddim townstone is returned to her, she gives her signet ring to the adventurers who found it, and tells them to visit Utraean Priest Sarden in Crystwind.

With the release of the Maljin from beneath the Utraean Circle, Kelti cannot believe what had occurred, pointing out that Utraean High Priest Kavaren had thoroughly studied the Circle for years. She laments what they had brought about in their haste to reunite the townstones.
