Ninon Bourchier

Ninon Bourchier was a Havenite citizen and politician. She was a dedicated member of the Aprilist movement, responsible for at least seven assassinations of Havenite officials. Later, she was one of the civilian cell leaders who rallied in support of Thomas Theisman's coup. By 1921 PD, she was a senator and the senior ranking member of the Constitutional Progressive Party on the Foreign Affairs Committee. In this position, she was part of the diplomatic team that met with Admiral Honor Harrington for peace talks. (HH12)
