Richmond International Raceway (RIR) is a a 3/4 mile (1.2 km), D shaped, asphalt race track located outside Richmond, Virginia. It hosts the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, Xfinity Series, and Camping World Truck Series Series. RIR has also hosts the Indy Racing League IndyCar Series and the United States Auto Club Silver Crown Series. Richmond International Raceway is located at the Richmond Raceway Complex, which is an 800 acre (3.2 km²), multi-purpose facility. Richmond International Raceway is a racing circuit located in the town of Richmond, Henrico County, Virginia, USA. It holds 2 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races each year - the Toyota Owners 400 and the Federated Auto Parts 400. The latter race is currently the last regular season NASCAR round held before drivers enter 'The Chase', where the champion is crowned after an elimination process. It also hosts NASCAR Xfinity Series races. Cleveland, Donna and the guys awake at Richmond in the middle of a NASCAR race after Cleveland challenges Donna to drink a beer in "The Hangover Part Tubbs". After the one drink turned into a wild night of debauchery, Holt points out a hole and says they "Bugs Bunnied" their way in underground. When Donna realizes that she needs to get back to Stoolbend in time for her debate for school board. Cleveland runs onto the track and stops the race by waving his yellow shirt and declaring a caution, causing the cars to crash. He gets aid from Tony Stewart and Dale Earnhardt Jr. who take Donna and Cleveland back in time to make the debate. Kasey Kahne tries to win the race by driving sensibly but his wheels fall off as he drives slowly forward.

Richmond Raceway Complex also hosts the Virginia Golf Show, Bassarama, Richmond Home and Garden Show, RV and Camping Expo, Richmond Boat Show, Richmond Classic Sports Card Show, East Coast Sawmill and Logging Equipment Expo, Craftsmen Classic Spring and Christmas Shows, Bizarre Bazaar] Spring and Christmas Shows and other various arts and craft events. Outdoor festivals hosted by Richmond Raceway Complex in 2004 included the Virginia State Fair, Richmond Highland Games & Celtic Festival, March of Dimes Bikers for Babies, K95 Country Music Festival, 102.1 The X, ACCA Temple Pork Festival, the VA Food Festival and concerts featuring local and national recording artists. The former name for RIR was Strawberry Hill until RIR bought out the Virginia State Fairgounds in 1999. The races at Strawberry Hill are still held the third Saturday of April at the Richmond Raceway Complex, although some have suggested the event could eventually be moved to Colonial Downs.
