Vice Admiral Annabel Carmen Morrigan is an British-born UNSC Navy Flag Officer and 31st and current Commander-in-Chief, UNSC Alpha Centauri Command (CINCALPHCOM), succeeding George Carew in 2556. Prior to this, she served as commanding officer of the Iroquois-class Destroyer UNSC Edinburgh, and for a time had the future CNO, Terrence Hood as her PWO. She served throughout Preston J. Cole's Outer Colonies Campaigns during the First Great War, and commanded a Task Group during Cole's last stand at the Battle of Psi Serpentis.
