It consisted of four smurfball teams that competed for the championship, though the only known award shown in the episode were medals that were given to the captains of the teams. The teams consisted of: * Smurfette with Handy and Greedy * Tailor with Grouchy and an unnamed Smurf * Hefty with Painter and Vanity * Brainy with Clumsy and Farmer During the playoffs, Brainy tried to keep Clumsy from participating on his team by making him believe that he had come down with a contagious disease of polka dots, but as Papa Smurf found out what Clumsy's disease really was, he was allowed to take his place in the game, and thus Brainy's team ended up losing to Smurfette's. By the end of the final game in the playoffs, between Smurfette's team and Hefty's, Smurfette's team won by a point.
