Oracle was a fifth generation "Smart" AI who served as one of the virtual assistants for Delta Company. She was created through the LIBRARIAN Program, a classified project aimed at testing a Smart AI's ability to assimilate other rampant and less-powerful AIs. For this reason, she displayed better multi-task processing power and a knack for disabling other constructs, the former which was more often called upon during the Delta's training. Unlike the other software programs used by the Company, she rarely revealed herself to the Deltas due to her speech and text processors being corrupted by her creation. After assisting in Delta Company's earliest missions, she began to split her time with data recovery operations with the Asymmetrical Action Group, where she was responsible for shutting down several rampant AIs and decrypting important Covenant documents. Despite her unique abilities among AIs, she was a victim of ONI's purge of the Beta-5 Division. Her Riemann Matrix, however, would later be studied to increase the number of runtimes that can be done at once - a key advancement for the next generation of human AIs.
