Propulsion Technologies Division
rdfs:comment
The Propulsion Technologies Division was a branch within the United Federation of Planets Starfleet. On Stardate 58563.6, Doctor Muirhead the chief administrator of the Propulsion Technologies Division gave a presentation to the remnants of Starfleet Command at the Vostok Academy on Mercury in order to explain to them the recent destruction of numerous warp propulsion vessels across the known galaxy. He proposed that whatever was targeting the vessels was incapable of combating high gravity fields but this meant that warp drives would have become unusable had the problem continued. (TOS novel: Captain's Glory)
