Fehlaaur was a male Chiss diplomat of the Chiss Ascendancy. He was the Ascendancy's liaison to the Fel Empire and was placed in the service of the Imperial Diplomatic Corps as a sign of solidarity between the two governments. After the final death of Darth Krayt, Fehlaaur didn't surrender himself to the Alliance, instead, he returned to his homeworld until he reunites with Darth Nihl who became Dark Lord of the Sith and leader of Sith Empire. He discussed of creating a clone army of Sith troopers under the command of the Sith Empire. Fehlaaur accepted the commission to create a clone army, and sends his regards to the new cloning facilities near Csaplar. He decided to use Anson Trask, a fellow stormtrooper to create clones of himself. Fehlaaur era un Chiss que sirvió al Consejo Moff del Imperio Galáctico en 137 DBY.
