Imminent Storm is originally encountered as their forces have attempted to build a headquarters within the Isaac City Sewers. As they face a number of failures due to Ravens, they become more extreme and hold Isaac City hostage. It is here where it is revealed that Imminent Storm has conflicting views with Murakumo Millenium and where it demands its dismantling. Their plan fails when The Raven enters the facility and eliminates the terrorists. The negative backlash from all of the corporations ultimately leads to its complete destruction.
