They are one of the few food items that cannot be picked from their source (apple trees, in this case), but only found or bought. Red apples restore a small amount of health; combining them with cabbage and salt at a cooking place creates apple cabbage stew, which restores much more health. The closely related green apple, however, is unusable for cooking without the Hearthfire add-on. With the Hearthfire add-on, red apples can be given to an adopted child as a gift. Red Apples are fruit found on trees. Red Apple is a kind of apple found in the Overthere Stair. Red Apples grow in trees and can be knocked down by Cudge or Thudley. The Red Apple can be fed to Princess Peach when she is asleep, but it does not wake her up. Instead, Peach temporarily grow to an enormous size, and then goes back to normal. However, the Red Apple is required to be fed to the cloud child Cyrrus. When Cyrrus eats the Red Apple, he grows into the giant Super Cyrrus. Apple still can be attained in Rookgaard by skipping the Tutorial. They are used in The Desert Dungeon Quest, The Paradox Tower Quest, The Scatterbrained Sorcerer Quest and Mad Mage Room Quest. Can be obtained through Apple Trees You get a red apple if you go from Dawnport to Rookgaard. Before Summer Update 2008 you started on Rookgaard with a red apple. Can still be attained in Rookgaard by skipping the Tutorial.
