The Missionaries to Endor were a group of religious Jedi who went to the forest moon of Endor to convert the native poeple to the teachings of the Force. This was a practice done throughout the Galaxy during this era and was the reason behind the expance of the Jedi Order's members. When the Great Galactic Civil War broke out, the missionaries came under attack duirng the Battle of Endor. Thanks to the Ewoks, however, they were able to win the battle. In the end they had to abandin their mission because of the battle's damage.
