Utraean Priest Ferdl
rdfs:comment
Ferdl nervously admits that the people of Quillrabe were forced to surrender the Quillrabe Mask Stone to the Dragon Queen when she came seeking tribute. He believes that her singular interest in the townstone stems from a direct threat posed by the activation of the Utraean Circle in Hiroth, which Ferdl claims would be able to control the Dragon Queen and her children once activated. He tells adventurers seeking the Quillrabe townstone that if they somehow steal back the Mask Stone, then perhaps Quillrabe will finally be free of the menace from the Drake Nest south of town.

When the Quillrabe townstone is returned to him, he is incredibly surprised that the heroes who retrieved it were not incinerated by the Dragon Queen. Ferdl rewards the adventurers who found it with a magic ring, and tells them to visit Utraean High Priest Kavaren in Hiroth.
