We need to build more schools of evey type of sciences and I propose a constrution of a lab for the best scientist of the members of Golden Commonwealth work for the cure of ebola and find millions of animals and scientific laws. Possiblle zones of the lab: Russia, Finland or France Russian Federation: We could establish it in France, but we could have back-up labs in Russia and Finland in case something happens with the others Finland: We believe that new labs should be built in France, as their infastructure and level of science is far greater than in Russia or Finland. Finland is already repairing the schools and is investing alot of money into the education. Great Latvian Kingdom: No comment as of yet. Zelvon: We vote for. Just be sure that chemistry labs are in Zelvon. United States of America: No comment as of yet. Sweden: We are already planning to amp up our education and infrastructure in the coming years. We vote for. Holy Bulgar Empire: We see education as a virtue, and we believe in a merging between science and religion. If there was a big bang, how did it start? Our God started it. We vote "For". France:No comment as of yet. Germany: Germany votes "for" and the labs should be built in France. Greece: No comment as of yet. Arabia: We vote for and we choose France for the location of he laboratories,we are providing an additional $1 billion in funding to construct the labs in France. Portugal: We agree with this. We will build more schools and sending scientists for the lab in France The Grand Council of God and the Imperial Court of the Holy Bulgar Empire feel that the Golden Commonwealth, as the largest multinational organization in the world, is obligated to choose what to do due to the Russian Civil War. This is a slightly different proposal than most, as this is rather urgent. Members may choose to support a faction or vote for neutrality. No member, under this proposal and however the votes go, is mandated to support whatever faction the Commonwealth overwhelmingly sides with. Commonwealth nations may support whatever nation they desire. This proposal is only in existence to bring the issue to the attention of this Commonwealth. Russian Federation: We are the point of this proposal so we cannot choose a side. Finland: Finnish government unanimously agrees that Russian Federation should not be given a choice in this matter as it is far too fragmented at this moment. Finnish government also suggests that the Commonwealth takes a diplomatic stance in this crisis, trying to solve this without violence by demanding the factions in Russia to cooperate with the Commonwealth and the world, not becoming an isolationist state like it might become. If any faction decides to reject this offer, the Commonwealth would be put into a state of war against that faction. Also each nation should have their own choice wether or not to support any faction as long as they do not threaten the Commonwealth. Great Latvian Kingdom: No comment as of yet. Holy Bulgar Empire: The Empire will be supporting the Khanukev Faction due to their emphasis on religion and their quest for Russian pacifism. France: No comment as of yet. Portugal: Portugal with the war in Spain and in São Tomé and Princepe cannot send troops to Russia, so Portugal will be Neutral during the civil war Pakistan: The people here support Bevrohev! Because of the big numbers of candidates for joining the organization,Arabia would like to suggest an update for being a member and also suggesting a number of member limits,the suggestions are:1.We should have a member limit of 20 members 2.We should only accept 3 members per year and 3.All the members of the organization must be active and loyal to the organization,if not they are kicked. Germany: This would negatively affect the Commonwealth as it would possibly result in the kicking of a large quanity of our members and limit our ability to recover in the event of the former. Further more a limit of 20 members would leave out many who would want to join. We vote "Against". Greece: No comment as of yet. Arabia:We vot "For" because this would help us to solve the worries about the number of members and a possibly collapse of the Golden Commonwealth. Portugal: We agree with Germany. We vote "Against" As the Kazakh government has taken measures to disband the Fifth International due to an influx of membership withdrawals and subsequent interest in this Commonwealth, the Grand Council of God and His Divine Eminence, Oracle Pulir I of the Holy Bulgar Empire, hereby propose that we attempt to begin a project of mass recruitment and advertisement to this Commonwealth to, per se, "pick up the pieces" from the dissolution of the Fifth International. Russian Federation: It seems that the United Federation have replaced this Fifth International... But we are "for" on a mass recruitment campaign Finland: The fall of the Fifth International could've been partially due to their own mass recruitment and lack of capabilities of maintaining a unified organisation. Finland does not wish that to happen to the Commonwealth. We do however, agree that the Commonwealth should expand but in a way that can be handled within the Commonwealth. United States of America: No comment as of yet. Sweden: We feel that a mass recruitment would destablize the Golden Commonwealth, but could also increase relations worldwide. "We vote Abstain" Holy Bulgar Empire: This proposal would increase good relations worldwide and help to unite the nations of the world in an alliance of friendship and cooperation. The Empire votes "For". France: No comment as of yet. Germany: No comment as of yet. Greece: No comment as of yet. Arabia: Arabia agrees with this proposal,we should invite the ex-member nations from the Fifth International to join the Golden Commonwealth.Arabia votes "For". Portugal: Hum... Hum... I guess yes As the Kazakh government has noted, the Fifth International does not want another cold war and would love to keep good relations with the Golden Commonwealth. However, the American invasion and capture of Baja from Mexico has resulted in higher tensions, as a member state of this Commonwealth has invaded a member state of TFI . For the sake of preventing another Cold War, the Grand Council of God and His Divine Eminence, Oracle Pulir I of the Holy Bulgar Empire, hereby propose that the United States backs off from Baja. Russian Federation: Invade Canada instead. Finland: The invasion of Mexico is a very worrying development in North America. Finland would like to establish peace talks and a ceasefire between Mexico and United States for now to find a solution for this incident. We vote "For". Great Latvian Kingdom: Instead of attacking Mexico, USA could attack to Canada, other Middle-American countries or even some Pacific countries. Zelvon: Instead annex British Columbia and Yukon. United States of America: No comment. Sweden: Sweden proposes to have peace talks held in the new IKEA located in Narvik. We vote "For" Holy Bulgar Empire: If Baja is not given back to Mexico, it is likely that TFI's and this Commonwealth's relations will badly sour. The Empire votes "For". France: France votes "for" but urges TGC to stand together in this tough situation. Germany: The Federal Republic of apalled by the recent developments in the Mexican region of Baja and requests a peaceful solution to this conflict. We vote "For". Greece: We do not wish to become part of conflict between TFI and TGC. There was a vote held recently, and the majority of Greek people voted for peace between Mexico and USA and Baja is returned to Mexico. We vote for. The Commonwealth is for any nation that provides these following things for their citizens: * Freedom of Speech * Freedom of Religion * No Discrimination of Genders * Public Healthcare * Social Security * Free Schools * Free School Lunch The Commonwealth does not require any special system of governance to be in place for a nation to join the Commonwealth. The Commonwealth does not agree on any sort of mass murders or genocides of any race, gender or ideology. Any nation that wishes to join must not have done any kind of crimes against humanity and shall not do such attrocities as long as they wish to remain within the Commonwealth. Any disrespect of human rights will also be seen as a justification of not accepting a nation into the Commonwealth.
