rdfs:comment
A Pulse bomb was a form of explosive weapon was developed by the Gungans that saw widespread use during the Clone Wars. The bomb was very powerful as it would cause heavy damage when detonated but it was also extremely dangerous. Dash Rendar used these bombs on Xizor’s Palace on Coruscant. When Pulse Bomb is activated, Tracer throws a small bomb that sticks to any surface or hero it lands on, dealing a maximum of 400 damage within a 3-meter radius. The damage is subject to falloff the further enemies are from the bomb. The explosion can damage Tracer if she is within its blast radius, but it won't hurt her allies. The bomb will display a flashing caution sign on players' UI. If the bomb is stuck to an enemy, the word "STUCK" will appear on both Tracer's and the victim's screen.

n17:abstract
When Pulse Bomb is activated, Tracer throws a small bomb that sticks to any surface or hero it lands on, dealing a maximum of 400 damage within a 3-meter radius. The damage is subject to falloff the further enemies are from the bomb. The explosion can damage Tracer if she is within its blast radius, but it won't hurt her allies. The bomb will display a flashing caution sign on players' UI. If the bomb is stuck to an enemy, the word "STUCK" will appear on both Tracer's and the victim's screen. Tracer shouts "Time's up!", "Wait for it!", "Here you go!" and "Bombs away!" if the bomb lands on a surface. If the bomb is successfully stuck to an enemy, Tracer shouts "Gotcha!" "Lock on!", "Nailed it!", "You need a time out!", and "Right on target!" You can hear all of those phrases from any perspective, allies', enemies' or Tracer herself.
