It is accredited to being one of the most powerful companies in the northern hemisphere of Earth. Under the management of Richard Wolf, the company is a leading developer in technology in both the civilian and military world. Mr. Wolf found a lot of support during the human covenant war, as most companies focused on new weapons for the UNSC, Fuller Industries focused on improving civilian life. Fortunately for the company, it was big enough to simultaneously work on military technology.

The Fuller Corporation is a human weapons and research development lab. The company is primarily based in Canada in URNA. The company has several world wide factories and offices. It is accredited to being one of the most powerful companies in the northern hemisphere of Earth. Under the management of Richard Wolf, the company is a leading developer in technology in both the civilian and military world. Mr. Wolf found a lot of support during the human covenant war, as most companies focused on new weapons for the UNSC, Fuller Industries focused on improving civilian life. Fortunately for the company, it was big enough to simultaneously work on military technology. In 2527 the company was presented with an opportunity to become involved in the secret creation of super soldier assassins for the UNSC. With the promise of not being under the jurisdiction of the UNSC or ONI, Richard Wolf agreed to help for the war effort. By 2530 the program was operational and began creating the new super soldier force. In addition to the creation of the Assassin Program, known as Project X, Mr. Wolf funded a Privatized security force to provide base security. In 2539 Fuller Corporation began researching in developing smart A.I. to boost their Project X agents. Mr. Wolf felt with modifications he could make an even more powerful smart A.I. however he did not have access to the laboratories needed to develop and conduct the improvements to these A.I. In June of 2539 the CEO of Sunex, a major manufacturer of artificial intelligence and A.I research was killed by unknown means. The next month, Fuller Corporation formed a merger with Sunex. Favoring the potential for increased profit under such a visionary businessman, Sunex agreed and in August, the merger was complete. The combined company renamed Sunex Revelation Networks. With director Wolf now having access to the equipment to make and improve A.Is, he immediately set forth a research program to make smart A.Is for Project X agents. In cooperation with the improved A.I project, Wolf had his team work on forming a neural interface for human subjects which would allow the A.Is to connect with the Agents' mind and armor collectively. The research team ran into several set backs but with the help of professor Lance Hill, a neuroscientist the research and development team caught a break through. In December that year, the first neural interface was created, and later installed that January.
