Lo Tsukuyomi (月読) è un'arte illusoria dello Sharingan Ipnotico, ed è considerata una delle più potenti illusioni del mondo di Naruto. Finora nel corso del manga è stato mostrato solo da Itachi,la tecnica risiede nel suo occhio sinistro quando questo assume la forma di Sharingan ipnotico.
