He appeared in "Meet the Propaniacs" where he was an audience member in a Propanics show. In that same episode, it's revealed he has a wife who is a member of the "Platinum Circle", a group of women whose husbands are in the consortium. He was voiced by Lane Smith in his first two appearances. In his final appearance Fortner had a non-speaking role, arguably due to the death of Lane Smith several years prior to the episode's airing.
