Contagion Contagion Contagion Contagion Contagion
rdfs:comment
[[Category:]] Contagion was a necromancy spell that inflicted a horrendous disease on a target. Contagion is an upcoming title by Monochrome Games and is the spiritual successor to the Half-Life 2 mod Zombie Panic: Source. Casting Time: 1 action Range: Touch Component: V, S Duration: 7 days Your touch inflicts disease. Make a melee spell attack against a creature within your reach. On a hit, you afflict the creature with a disease of your choice from any of the ones described below. At the end of each of the target’s turns, it must make a Constitution saving throw. After failing three of these saving throws, the disease’s effects last for the duration, and the creature stops making these saves. After succeeding on three of these saving throws, the creature recovers from the disease, and the spell ends. Full: For 60 seconds, whenever you suffer from a new condition, all foes in the area suffer from that same condition and you sacrifice 10...6% maximum Health. Concise: (60 seconds.) Whenever you gain a condition, all foes in the area gain that same condition. You sacrifice 10...6% maximum Health each time this happens. __TOC__ The target creature is struck down with one of the following debilitating diseases, randomly chosen: * Blinding Sickness * Cackle Fever * Mind Fire * Red Aches * Shakes * Slimy Doom Contagion causes a terrible disease to afflict the target creature. Contagion is an ability introduced in Pokémon Sun & Moon Versions. Its effect is that if the opponent's Pokémon use a Special Attack on another Pokémon with the ability, they have a 50% chance of being poisoned and a 15% chance of being badly poisoned. Picard and company try to protect the Enterprise against a catastrophic malfunction and simultaneously unlock the secrets of the once-powerful Iconian empire while keeping those secrets from the watchful Romulans. Contagion is an alternative history based on a disease outbreak from an isolated Johnson Atoll in the Pacific Ocean. The alternative history goes from the outbreak, discovery, to the contagion of the disease throughout the world, and how the world reacted to it over time. You can go to: * Timeline * List of Nations (Currently not Available --Soon to come!) Contagion is the second mission in The Conduit's campaign mode. It takes place in Reagan National Airport. There are no hidden messages in this mission. The mysterious John Adams contacts the Secret Service agent Michael Ford to recruit him for a special assignment for the clandestine organization known as The Trust. Adams asked the President for Ford specifically. Adams proceeds to explain that a terrorist named Prometheus stole a prototype device called the All-Seeing Eye, or ASE. He says Prometheus and his men have been tracked to Reagan National Airport so he's dispatching Ford there. Thus, for example economic changes in Thailand in 1997 spread to many countries of Asia and became a sort of Asian Contagion. Image:Contagion.png Image:Combonormal.png Image:Mindskill.png Image:Magicattack.png Image:Spiritmagic.png Image:25sec.png Short Range, Poison * Up to 5 nearby enemies receive Poison (12s), one of the targets receives Dormant Virus. * After 12 seconds, Dormant Virus inflicts Venom (12s) on enemies nearby the infected target. Poison: Poison attacks add the effects of the currently selected poison in the bodyslot bar. Venom: Lose health over time. It is said that with enough time and the proper materials, there is no chemical that Contagion cannot synthesize; no toxicant that he cannot produce. An amoral, often times eerie engine of virulent destruction he is as capable of a fighter as he is a scientist. Heavily armed with his noxious rainmaker cannons in shoulder mounts, powerful cyclone wind weapons on his forearms and a heavy flail in his hands Contagion converts to a MiG-23 Flogger to spread his deadly chemicals over a vast area. An exceptionally steady warrior, he is seemingly as indifferent to Autobot weapons fire as he is to the vast ecological destruction his weapons cause. Contagion is the second album by American deathcore band Oceano, released November 9, 2010 through Earache Records. A video for "Weaponized" was released on November 4th. If your dragon was infected, there was a sprite change on your scroll, and the following message would appear on their page: This dragon is infected!Don’t worry, nothing bad will happen. See the event page for more information. Eggs could be infected as well so long as at least one of the breeding parents was carrying the contagion. Make a melee spell attack against a creature within your reach. On a hit, you afflict the creature with a disease of your choice from any of the ones described below. Since the spell induces a natural disease in its target, any effect that removes a disease or otherwise ameliorates a disease's effects apply to it. Blinding Sickness. Pain grips the creature's mind, and its eyes turn milky white. The creature has disadvantage on Wisdom checks and Wisdom saving throws and is blinded. Built by the worshippers of Nurgle, Contagions are formidable plague engines that advance across the battlefield in rows, launching their pestilent ammunition at their enemies with a terrifying scream of plague catapults filling the air. The main weapon of the Contagion is the Plague Catapult, a huge armament which bombards the enemy with chunks of Chaos-saturated stone, clusters of decaying corpses and other disease-infested filth. When these vile bombs impact they spray ichor and infected debris across a wide area. The pestilential aura that surrounds the site of these bombardments fills the air with corruption and the malaise of Nurgle's Rot which quickly spreads across the battlefield. Those who survive the initial bombardment soon contract a variety of virulent diseases. "Share your wisdom, Rona." "Business as usual, then. See to the illness, maester. I won't have a plague on my hands." "What do you think we should do, Maester Lucas?" "I will care for my people. Maester Lucas, gather medicines and arrange for a sick-house." "Seal our gates. Cast anyone in the keep who is ill out. My family must be protected." "For that I am sorry. We must isolate those who are ill together, and treat them. It is what your people need, my [lord/lady]." "Your thoughts, Hugo? Your troops brought this on us." "It may sound cruel, but you should tend to your House first. Sequester your family away, with healthy servants. It's the only way." "Make no snap judgments. The illness is spreading, but it's no plague. I will work on compounding medicines. Go about life as normal." The Maseter's chain clinks as he approaches. "My [lord/lady], I've bad news. The soldiers returning home from the levy ... they brought illness with them."

Its effect is that if the opponent's Pokémon use a Special Attack on another Pokémon with the ability, they have a 50% chance of being poisoned and a 15% chance of being badly poisoned. Syntax: channel 'contagion' Casting Time: 1 action Range: Touch Component: V, S Duration: 7 days Your touch inflicts disease. Since this spell induces a natural disease in its target, any effect that removes a disease or otherwise ameliorates a disease’s effects apply to it. Blinding Sickness. Pain grips the creature’s mind, and its eyes turn milky white. The creature has disadvantage on Wisdom checks and Wisdom saving throws and is blinded. Filth Fever. A raging fever sweeps through the creature’s body. The creature has disadvantage on Strength checks, Strength saving throws, and attack rolls that use Strength. Flesh Rot. Trouvez-la et remettez-la en stase avant que la maladie ne se répande. If your dragon was infected, there was a sprite change on your scroll, and the following message would appear on their page: This dragon is infected!Don’t worry, nothing bad will happen. See the event page for more information. Eggs could be infected as well so long as at least one of the breeding parents was carrying the contagion. Sick egg Halloween 2016.png|An infected egg sprite Sick hatchi Halloween 2016.png|An infected hatchling sprite Sick adult Halloween 2016.png|An infected adult sprite This mini-game worked in a similar fashion to the popular Minesweeper game. Official instructions on how to play are listed below- the meter on the home screen showed which side had been gaining the most support, and ultimately the Cure won. Show/Hide Official Descriptions “ A strange malady has begun to affect the dragons of Galsreim. It seemed harmless enough at first; just a few puddles of oozing goo that appeared on the floors of some remote caves. However, dragons who encounter the ooze become lethargic. Though not technically dead they become cold to the touch and their normal sharp intelligence is blunted. In the initial phases they tend to lie around all the time, deeply asleep. Worse, once a dragon has passed the initial lethargy, new pools of ooze appear in the dragon’s vicinity and nearby dragons begin to show signs of infection; clearly the malady is contagious.Research into the contagion show that it is curable, though only with effort. The puddles of goo must be carefully uncovered and collected. Too much force on the goo denatures it, so the spreading pools need to be marked for special handling.Once research and collection of an area of contagion is finished though, there is a choice to be made. There are those who would like to see the effect spread, to see if the dragons infected become true zombies once the disease has run its full course. Others would like to see the contagion eradicated. You, the player, have been recruited into the research teams. You are now faced with a choice. Will you play the research game and seek to aid the cure of the zombie-dized dragons? Or will you try to help the malady spread further? The meter measures the progress of the contagion across all of Galsreim. As the marker moves to the right, the more sick dragons become. As the marker moves to the left, dragons are cured of the dreaded maladyTo join in, play the mini-game to uncover and contain the contagion so it can be used for research. Once you’ve successfully completed a game you’ll have a choice. Do you want to spread the contagion further? Or would you like to help spread the cure? You can play the game as much as you want, but can only submit a win for research every ten minutes.Playing the game and submitting points toward research will gain you the event badge. Your badge will vary based on whether or not you choose to help spread or cure the disease.Note: No dragons will be permanently affected by the infection. All dragons will eventually recover. Maybe when the event is over... - Event Description “ Click anywhere on the board to start. The numbers on numbered squares indicate how many virus squares they touch. A 1 is surrounded by only one virus, a 2 is surrounded by two viruses, and so on. Use this information to figure out where the viruses are. A good starting point is if there is a square labeled “1” that is only surrounded by one hidden square, as that square is definitely a virus. The counter at the top tells you how many viruses are hidden, and decreases as you mark viruses. You can mark where you think the viruses are hidden one of two ways: either right click on the square you think hides the virus, or click on the icon in the upper right of the board and then click on the square you want to mark. Be aware that you need to click the icon each time you want to mark a square. If you mistakenly place a marker you can either right or left click on the marked square to remove the marker. Click squares that you think do not contain the virus to reveal what they hide. It’s ok if you hit a virus square and lose, you can play as many times as you’d like. There will probably be times when the numbers do not give you any clue about which squares in an area hide the virus. If you’re absolutely sure you can’t figure out any clue from the numbers in an area, just guess. But before you guess, look at the rest of the board to make sure that attacking a connected area won’t reveal new information about the impossible region. The virus counter may also give you a clue.If the game is too easy, try varying your starting square for different challenges (revealing a corner first will likely be harder than revealing the center of the board). You win by uncovering all the squares that do not contain viruses. When you win you will be given a choice which side to help. Choose to spread or cure the virus based on which side you want to win. You can play as often as you like, but you can only help your chosen side once every 10 minutes. - Game Instructions An unofficial story ending was provided via the forums courtesy of and : “ Hurrah! Those fighting valiantly for the cure are clearly making progress against the contagion, which they have discovered seems to have roots in an unfortunate interaction between dark mana and a usually benign virus. Their careful, relentless work of cleaning up the ooze and treating those afflicted is overwhelming the efforts those who had hoped to continue the natural spread of the affliction. Soon every dragon will be cured of this strange malady - many are looking well rested already! - and it will be wiped from the land of Galsreim. Those who hoped to see if the strange disease would create zombies will never know because others were simply too conscientious of dragon lives to let this possible scourge remain. Hopefully the health of the dragons will prevail and none will take it upon themselves to attempt to re-create this strange illness. Those fighting for the cure will likely continue to look for a more permanent solution to avoid any possible future outbreaks. - (Forum Post) Contagion is an upcoming title by Monochrome Games and is the spiritual successor to the Half-Life 2 mod Zombie Panic: Source. [[Category:]] Contagion was a necromancy spell that inflicted a horrendous disease on a target. Picard and company try to protect the Enterprise against a catastrophic malfunction and simultaneously unlock the secrets of the once-powerful Iconian empire while keeping those secrets from the watchful Romulans. Their wounds turn gangrenous and they die swiftly, wracked with pain. Contagion is the second album by American deathcore band Oceano, released November 9, 2010 through Earache Records. A video for "Weaponized" was released on November 4th. Upon arrival at the airport, Ford is attacked by Trust men, thinking Prometheus has turned the organizations own men against them. Fighting his way through the airport, Ford heads down to the Washington Metro subway terminal where Prometheus is believed to be making his escape. In one of the tunnels, a Trust Scientist deliberately sets off explosives. Ford survives, and in the aftermath, finds the ASE. Adams then says to keep it safe. 5th-level necromancy Casting Time: 1 action Range: Touch Component: V, S Duration: 7 days Your touch inflicts disease. Contagion is a Buzzword, which describes reforms and significant economic changes initiated and taking place in a particular country and spreading of the same to other neighbouring countries. Thus, for example economic changes in Thailand in 1997 spread to many countries of Asia and became a sort of Asian Contagion. Skills: Xenobiology, Chemical Synthesis, Xenogeology, Chemical Analysis, Xenobotany, and Xenometeorology
