==Confidence== Spellworkers can use various means to boost their confidence. Diary Technique: With this technique, the spellworker keeps a diary, and jots down all the times when he/she had been successful or were affected by good luck or when his/her assumptions were right and when attempts to work magic were all successful. At the same time, the spellworker will leave out all the negative aspects out of the diary. He/she will then look at this diary over and over, to thereby convince him/her-self of all your positives and none of the failures. By bringing to mind all their successes, the spellworker will have a temporarily heightened belief in their own ability to work magic successfully.
