Miguel Villegas was an vault coordinator of Rugrats, The Wild Thornberrys, and Rocket Power. Details: Miguel Villegas was a henchman to Pedro Uribe, who was the part of a Medellin Cartel and was the creator of a suburban New Jersey drug ring creating and selling drugs. In May of 1986, the FBI began a surveillance on Uribe's drug ring and learned that the people involved pretended to be family members and were able to bring in the drugs. They also learned with the drug ring, Uribe was able to make over $2 million a week. In September of 1986, the police shattered his illegal activities, but he along with Miguel, Luis and Ivan Arango, and Hugo Balbin slipped away.
