As conditions became worse and Taron fell further into the clutches of evil, the magical creatures began training their young and fighting back, slowly regaining control over Taron. However, Dustin still lives and is the only person keeping the gates open. Will the magical creatures overcome Hell's beasts or will they be able to defeat Dustin once and for all? Who will you join in the fight to save Taron?" Hell's Gates features in RISK: StarCraft as a contested territory. The name was chosen by fans and was made part of StarCraft canon by Blizzard. Hell's Gates was a temple on Korriban that Azrael was famous for conquering though many, including Varek Rayth's apprentice, died trying to sneak inside. A powerful Shard was located underneath, and was sought by Azrael, Varek Rayth, and Geist Weiss, with only the latter two surviving the encounter.
