Absolved from the accusations after a period in prison, Mevrak was not the same person anymore. Disillusioned, he decided to leave his home system to roam the Galaxy as a freelancer fighter. Moving to Eriadu he first found employment as a scout for the Empire, where he could have a clear inside vision on how the Galactic Empire politics works, their lust for power, oppression and cruelty, all under the influence of the Sith. Decided to leave Empire service to work as a mercenary bodyguard, tracker and pilot, was hired by rich and powerful families and organizations from Eriadu, Seswenna, Sullust and other Outer Rim planets. That was the time when Mevrak discovered so much of the hidden secrets from some of those considered honorable by their fellow citizens, their infinite greedy, arrogance, corruption, politics and society manipulation, using people like him to cover their true face and do the dirty jobs, so they can keep their hands “clean”. Such aspects just added to his growing despise by the system, so he started an outlaw career as a pirate, working with smaller Outer Rim groups as well as bigger and well known ones, like Vespira and Eyttyrmin Corsairs from Tatooine. After three years as a pirate Mevrak grew tired of the outlaw living, realizing that, anywhere he was, the common enemy was always the same. After the Eyttyrmin leader Muss’pell Vharos disappearance(and presumed death) Mevrak flew to New Alderaan to join the Rebel Alliance in its fight against Empire and Sith, being assigned to the Renegade Squad, under command of Rebel General Kale “Rogue” Apollo. Later, with the foundation of the new Republic, Mevrak joined the Coruscant Defense Force.
