Commander Prorok was an officer of the Galra Empire at Galra Central Command who reported directly to Emperor Zarkon. Commander Prorok is a high ranking officer in Zarkon's military force. He once tried to capture Voltron alone, having little faith in Haggar's magic, but his attempt at glory only resulted in failure. He is later framed by Thace for treason and sabotage and transformed into a Robobeast. He was killed when Ulaz piloted his ship into the robeast's jaws and opened a space pocket within, causing them both to implode. Prorok (also called The First) is the Kahini (Prophet) leader responsible for the creation of the Covenant, ending the long cycle of war with the Sangheili. He was the first Prophet of Truth and sought immortality through both legend and transsentience. With the construction of the Luminous Key, he attempted to upload his mind and become an artificial intelligence construct. Whether or not the resulting AI was in fact Prorok and not a second being is a matter of debate amongst philosophers, with Sangheili historians classifying both entities as one in the same while Human historians are less likely to out of a disbelief in transsentience. Commander Prorok is one of Zarkon's military commanders in the Galra Empire. He is distrustful of Haggar and wishes to gain Zarkon's favor by capturing Voltron himself.
