Burger Frenzy was a fast-food burger restaurant for sharks run by the villain Chester in Operation: F.A.S.T.-F.O.O.D. Chester's plan was to make a successful fast-food business by making burgers out of kids and selling them to sharks. Numbuh 3 was sent to this restaurant as part of her special birthday mission, and she was about to be put on the menu for the sharks. Right after she was put on the burger, she managed to make her escape before Chester gave the meal to a family of sharks. Thinking Numbuh 3 was about to be eaten, the other four operatives pursued the shark family's minivan, but failed to stop it. Right as they were about to trash the restaurant in an effort to avenge Numbuh 3 for her being eaten, they learned Numbuh 3 was alive and well and managed to escape her predicament. It may have been shut down or destroyed by sharks after the plan failed.
