To build this building, players must have File:Lightning thing-0.png5 available, File:City cash.png1500, and must be at least Level 5. Neither the Ninja Monkey, nor the Spike Factory or Dartling Gun, are dependent on this tower as they can always pop normal Camo Bloons, even without upgrades. However, Flash Bomb for the Ninja Monkey, White Hot Spikes for the Spike Factory or Depleted Bloontonium for the Dartling Gun is required to pop Camo Leads without this building. Unfortunately, getting to the stage where one can buy any of these upgrades in the battle is very expensive and often inconvenient.
