Someone could be manipulating Rand's dreams of Callandor to lure him to take it. They know Rand is going to Tear now. The Shienarans are being sent to Jehannah in Ghealdan since most are too wounded to participate in the chase. Moiraine says Min should go to Tar Valon, as the Amyrlin has to know that everyone else is going to Tear. Just Moiraine, Lan, Loial and Perrin will pursue Rand.
