When the number of ogre lords in a region rises above a certain density, they meet to challenge and determine if one shall be called king. Most ogres who enter the competition will be killed, with the brightest withdrawing before the main events, leaving the most brutal and least intelligent to fight for the position of king. If one manages to survive , he becomes a king, able to rule all he can force to obey.
