Norman Maurer was an American writer, producer, director, and comic book artist. He was the son-in-law of Moe Howard of the Three Stooges, becoming their manager in 1957. He went onto make several Three Stooges films, as well as create two animated series, The New Three Stooges, and The Robonic Stooges, the latter being made by Hanna-Barbera.
