Moeagaru
rdfs:comment
Moeagaru (Flash Paper) was an Agasha family Kagaku item. It was a thin piece of rice paper that had been treated with a chemical that would ignite with application of friction. By simply rubbing the paper together it quickly ignites, and entirely consumed quickly. While it doesn't cause much damage it can temporarily blind someone close enough. Flash paper was sometimes used to write messages which might need to be destroyed, but its favored usage was to ignite it in front of an opponent's eyes, momentarily blinding him.
