The aim of this endurance race, rather than to complete a set number of laps in the fastest time, is to complete the most complete laps in the 9 hour period. The race ends at the end of the first lap completed after the checkered flag falls (9 hours + 1 lap). Winning the Tsukuba 9h Endurance awards the player a Nissan CALSONIC SKYLINE GT-R Race Car '93. The event, which takes 9 hours to complete in A-Spec mode can be won in just 3 hours if the player uses B-Spec. Due to the limitations of the PS2, although the event takes place over the course of 9 hours real-time, neither the weather nor the time of day changes during the race. File:Tsukuba Circuit.jpg
