How do I create or edit a Wikipedia article

To edit a Wikipedia article that is not protected, just look for the edit tab at the top of the page or click one of the section [edit] links to edit the section below. Some articles are semi-protected which means you need to have an account for a certain number of days before you can edit them. Some articles are fully protected, so that only administrators can edit them. In these cases, you should instead propose changes on the article's discussion page.

To create a new Wikipedia article, you must register an account and log in. It's important to follow the policies about what sorts of pages are allowed. You should add a link to the page you want to make before making it so that it is not an "orphaned page".
