If the farmer finds three matching squares they win the prize indicated. Farmers receive their first card for free but must pay to play additional cards. From time to time FarmVille gave free scratches, although much rarer then for Mystery Game and Pig-O Game. The prizes include 6 animals that change weekly, as well as several valuable prizes that normally would cost FarmVille Cash, including FarmVille Cash itself. This ability differs depending on the card and can be activated at any time. For example, a winning "Scratch the Square Series" (one of the most common cards) makes it available for everyone to double jump (usually, it is only available for Selkies). The different series of scratch cards are as follows: 21 Series, Number Series, Cave Capers Series, Magic Stack Series, Cats Series, Follow the Trail Series, Building Block Series, Chocobo Series, Scratch the Square Series, Clavat Series, Yuke Series, Selkie Series, Lilty Series, Moogle Series, and Pedestal Series. If the player collects all of the scratch cards, they can obtain the Mercenary Amenhart.
