The Hall of Wealth, also known as the Auction House, is a location from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. It is a two-story building located on Windfall Island. At the begining of the game, it is owned by Mila's Father, a very rich and snobbish man, who has lost his daughter Mila. However, after Link clears the Forsaken Fortress the second time, Tetra and her pirates bring Mila back to him at the cost of his every Rupee, along with the house. Afterward, the house is owned by Maggie and her father. Regardless of the owner, every night, Zunari will rent out the first floor of the house to hold his auction, where he sells items like Treasure Charts and Pieces of Heart to the highest bidder (until he runs out), as well as the Magic Armor after several auctions have been won. The house and its inhabitants also are important to a quest for a Piece of Heart involving Maggie and her love interest, a Moblin named Moe. It is interesting to note that if Link smashes the vases while Mila's Father owns the house, he will charge him ten Rupees per vase, while Maggie's Father seems to not care.
