The Noble City bicycle sharing system is a public bicycle sharing system situated entirely in Noble City, Sylvania. The first system of its kind organised in Lovia, it operates twenty stations and 125 bicycles. It is owned by Neil Hardy, who founded the system in July 2015 with the intention of providing the city with a wider range of transportation. Widely used, a system has been implemented to avoid theft and prevent vandalism. Stations range from Noble City International Airport to Noble City Harbour. Although a business, it is not heavily branded. All bicycles are produced in Lovia and the company seeks to continue to purchase Lovian bicycles. Although fairly unlikely, it may expand to smaller surrounding settlements such as Train Village, Clave Rock, East Hills and Hurbanova. The company strives to keep prices as low as possible, however maintenance costs may see prices rise. Despite being a non-profit organisation, some of the CPL.nm is critical of its ownership and as a result the company may look to negotiate a deal with the Government of Sylvania considering it would be maintained to a good standard and its customers would want such a deal to take place.
