n24:abstract
Emperor Makexes Messon, born Imperial Prince Makexes Messon was the 3rd Sefenlander Emperor of the House of Messon, as well as the 68th Sefenlander Emperor overall. He was the final Messonic Emperor of the Sefenlands. Makexes was the second son of Emperor Messink Messon of the Sefenlands, and the younger brother, and successor of Emperor Jahartos Messon. He was the half-brother of Foerunner King Claimant Amon Messinkos, whom he had de-bodied at the Four Scorpions. Makexes was also the father of Queen Sulenn Messoloriha, who overthrew him, and the Sefenlander Empire to make way for the building up of a Delkish Empire, and the Imperial House of Messoloriha. Both his daughter, and grandson, Xermos Messoloriha, would go on to be monarchs of the Delkish Empire. Makexes was shot to death by Baash Messoloriha, Sulenn's future husband, First Soldier, and Eyes-&-Ears of the Delkish Empire. Baash shot him with the musket Jenahia, "Dove Shit." Baash's men then went on to execute Makexes' three sons, Messink, Jahartos, and Makexes, as well as Messink's wife Warma, and their son Kazlor. Kazlor was Xermos' best friend, and for this, Xermos always resented his stepfather. The Badlander faction of Jahartosmen believe that Foerunner King Claimant Amon Messinkos, son of the last Foerunner Queen of Pilat Amon Apapilat XVII, was switched out at birth with Makexes. They thus believe that Jahartos was the only heir of Messink, and that Makexes' line really represents a line of Foerunner Kings.
