Veles Missile (3.5e Spell)
rdfs:comment
This spell works just like magic missile, except that you may create one missile per caster level, and each missile does 4d4 points of damage. Unlike magic missile, the missiles created by this spell can be used to damage or destroy inanimate objects; target them as you would target a creature. You can only target unattended objects; trying to target an object in a creature's possession results in the missile striking the creature instead. For very large objects, such as a castle wall, each 25-ft. section of the structure is treated as a separate object and must be targeted separately. As with creatures, you cannot single out a specific location on an object for the missiles to strike.

A number of creatures and/or objects, no two of which can be more than 30 ft. apart, up to your caster level
n11:abstract
This spell works just like magic missile, except that you may create one missile per caster level, and each missile does 4d4 points of damage. Unlike magic missile, the missiles created by this spell can be used to damage or destroy inanimate objects; target them as you would target a creature. You can only target unattended objects; trying to target an object in a creature's possession results in the missile striking the creature instead. For very large objects, such as a castle wall, each 25-ft. section of the structure is treated as a separate object and must be targeted separately. As with creatures, you cannot single out a specific location on an object for the missiles to strike. Though this spell refers to Veles, Slavic god of magic, you may substitute whatever god is most appropriate for your campaign (Boccob of the Forgotten Realms setting is an especially good candidate). Change the name of the spell accordingly. Whichever deity you choose to associate this spell with, it is only available to worshippers of that deity. Material Component: About half a handful of ordinary gravel, which is tossed towards your targets as the spell is cast. Focus: A silver holy symbol of Veles costing 3,000 gp. For a cleric or druid, this holy symbol can be the same divine focus used to cast your other spells, but it must be made of silver and cost at least 3,000 gp in order to cast Veles missile. (This assumes that your DM is willing to allow clerics and druids to cast Veles missile in the first place, since it emulates a wizard/sorcerer-only spell.)
