(SCE eBook: Breakdowns) Hoku and Kira met again later in 2376 when Kira and Sam Bowers came aboard the Mjolnir to take possession of the runabout USS Yolja. They talked about Kira's promotion to Captain, Bajor entering the Federation and Asarem Wadeen's accession to First Minister. Kira asked Hoku about the rumors of her being promoted to Rear Admiral, although Hoku had heard little about it. As Kira was leaving the ship, Hoku told her she hoped they would meet again.
