Chronicler
rdfs:comment
The job of Chronicler existed at least on both Metru Nui and Mata Nui. It consisted of recording events, which had to be later craved into the Wall of History, something which they do using the Chronicler's Staff. Chroniclers are an industrial race on Oddworld. They act as lawyers and accountants. Although they have not yet appeared in any of the Oddworld games, their existence has been confirmed by Oddworld Inhabitants. They were expected to appear in Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee, but were ultimately absent from the final version. Devan Lochees, formally known as The Chronicler, is a well known traveller and scribe in The Four Corners of Civilization. A Chronicler has the ability to create quests from chronicle relics. The quest builder can be used to write questlike stories which will appear in the quest journal of a player trying to activate the quest. All players can advance in the Chronicle Master profession besides their regular profession. Advancement is achieved by creating quests. This article is currently in a major pre-development phase in conjunction with the release of an upcoming series from Visionary Comics Studio. As a result, while nothing is currently posted there is a great deal of material already established that will be posted further along in production.
