Among the raids for which this vessel was utilized was a raid on a Gavarian starship and another on the Earth starship Enterprise NX-01 in 2151. Following the encounter with the crew of Enterprise, command of Ulis' starship was handed to his cousin, Krem. (ENT: "Acquisition") In the final draft script of "Acquisition", this type of ship was described simply as "small." Although on-screen evidence leaves it unclear precisely what form of propulsion the craft used, the script refers to the vessel entering warp at the end of the episode. One of the Ferengi marauders rhetorically asks "Do I look like a Menk to you?" This might suggest that Ulis' starship was the same vessel that had previously visited Valakis, the homeworld of the Menk, as mentioned in ENT: "Dear Doctor".
