Associazione Sportiva YoYo (ASYY) was born on 1st March 2010 thanks to 8 friends bond by the passion matured for this small and ancient toy, with the aim to make it more and more popular and show all of its potentialities that are more than the classic up- down motion.For this reason, ASYY means spreading information and because of this the Association is open to bothItalian and foreigner yoers, in order to promote yoyointended as a sport or a simple passion. ASYY’s aim is the creation and promotion of eventssuch as meetings, demonstrations and contests, allowing yoers to gather and sharing their experience above all, with newbies and going on stage to perform in front of an audience like a sport or just a passion. What makes ASYY different is its vocation for the diffusion of yoing not only as a passion or a hobby but also as a sport. That’s because like all the other sports, yoing needs hard training, commitment, passion and perseverance. Like all the other sports, yoing helps to train reflexes, mind and body. Like all the other sports, the athletic effort is the maximum expression of this art. Our aim is to promote the comparison of deserving athletes with realitiesof other countries by sending Italian abroad and vice versa in order to experience different realities,schools and styles of play. Numerous are the events organized by ASYY between 2010 and 2011, one year that marked a deep growth path even for ASYY’s staff.
