Black party hat
rdfs:comment
There is a myth believed by some players that Black party hats existed for a while in RuneScape Classic. The myth says that black party hats no longer exist because Jagex declared them "not festive enough," so they changed the existing ones to white or purple hats. Another myth is that too few people got them, so Jagex decided to turn the existing black ones into white or purple ones. However, some players claim to be receiving them as rewards from Level 5 Treasure Trails, hinting that they may not be discontinued after all. The only know Black Party Hat, was documented by Hp Hill; he was recorded wearing it while creating a player-killing guide.

n23:abstract
While widely considered the best looking party hat, the Black party hat gives no defense or attack bonuses and is the cheapest of the party hats, partly due to the fact that it can supposedly still be attained through high level Clue scrolls. This party hat can also be used during Shadow of the Storm quest as an equipment to your evil uniform. This rare Holiday item still exists but has been said to exist to the few RSC players that obtained this item while it was still obtainable from the Christmas Cracker. This hat has not yet been added to the grand exchange, but is tradable.
