Jedi Holdouts
rdfs:comment
The Jedi Holdouts were groups of Jedi who survived and held out after the Fourth Jedi Purge. They established several bases, most of which were destroyed. Some Jedi decided to stay hidden until the Confederation of Free Planets was overthrown or destroyed. These remnants did not plan to destroy the Confederation, but to keep them at bay until another rebellion would rise. The Jedi Holdouts continued operating until 9 ABY, when most of the Jedi alive went into hiding or were killed. By 12 ABY, they had been re-formed and attacked the Empire during the Assault on the New Jedi Temple.
